Shipping and Returns
Timo Weiland ships Internationally but does NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
REFUSAL OF SHIPMENTS
Shipper will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times before sending back to Timo Weiland. In the event that a shipment is routed back to Timo Weiland, we will attempt to send your shipment one more time before cancelling the order.
We accept returns on our products under two conditions:
- Timo Weiland Error: Should you receive product different from what you ordered, Timo Weiland will pay for shipment of the product back to its warehousing facilities, as well as for shipment on the correct product back to you.
- Customer Dissatisfaction: You may return new items still in their original condition within 10 days of delivery. For U.S. domestic orders shipping is free on exchanges and returns. For international returns customer must cover return shipping charges. In case of an exchange shipping of the replacement will be free. In case of a return shipping charges will not be refunded.
All shipments must be sent back with a carrier that enables tracking. Timo Weiland is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time www.timoweiland.com will have special promotions or offers. These deals will be offered for a defined period of time specified in the offer notice. In all cases previous sales are excluded. Offers are limited to in stock merchandise only.
